Job Title: Production Associate

Job Description

In this role, you will perform visual quality inspections, cut tiles to size, and stack or palletize finished tiles. While most tiles weigh around 2 pounds, some can be heavier, and you will be required to lift up to 50 pounds independently. For anything above 50 pounds, a team lift will be necessary.

Shifts

1st Shift 5am-1pm Monday-Thursday

2nd Shift 2:50pm-12:50am Monday-Thursday

3rd Shift 9pm-7am Monday-Saturday

Responsibilities

• Load materials onto the production line.
• Stack materials as they come off the line.
• Perform visual quality inspections.
• Cut tiles to size using appropriate tools.
• Stack and palletize finished tiles.
• Lift and handle materials independently and as part of a team.

Essential Skills

• Previous experience in machine operation or production line work.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience with assembly, production, and machine operation.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
• Material handling and forklift operation skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with visual quality inspection.
• Packing and palletizing experience.

Work Environment

You will be working in a very clean environment that is not climate-controlled. The job involves working with fiberglass, for which we provide PPE to cover arms and neck to prevent irritation. Gloves, earplugs, and safety glasses are provided.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hilliard, OH.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Hilliard,OH.
