FSP - Project Manager II / Sr. Project Manager - Oncology & Ophthalmology

Fortrea seeks experienced Project Managers to oversee clinical research projects in oncology and ophthalmology. The role involves managing cross-functional teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering projects on time and budget in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee domestic, regional, and global project delivery within agreed scope, schedule, cost, and quality parameters
• Lead core and extended project teams; serve as primary client contact and escalation point for issues
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, change control, risk mitigation, and quality assurance activities
• Develop and mentor junior project managers and team members on competencies and performance improvement
• Prepare presentations and support business development initiatives as required

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life science or relevant health certification; equivalent experience considered
• Minimum 7 years clinical research experience in pharmaceutical or CRO settings
• At least 2 years full project management responsibility
• Knowledge of ICH Guidelines, GCP, and international regulatory requirements
• Oncology or ophthalmology therapeutic area experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools
• Strong leadership, communication, and financial management capabilities
