We are looking for a Senior Attorney with proven trial experience who is ready to take the lead, fight fearlessly, and contribute to a high-performance culture. This is an in-office position with the opportunity to work alongside a driven team that values excellence, accountability, and results. What You’ll Do Handle litigation matters from intake through trial. Strategically develop cases to maximize client outcomes. Represent clients in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials. Work closely with team members to move cases forward efficiently and effectively. Deliver clear, persuasive advocacy in and out of the courtroom. What We’re Looking For Active Florida Bar membership. Significant trial experience. Strong litigation and courtroom advocacy skills. A competitive mindset and a genuine desire to win for clients. The ability to take feedback, grow, and work well as part of a team. Hunger, intelligence, and humility. Preferred Qualifications Experience handling injury, disability, or plaintiff-side litigation.
