Competitive Pay Professional Development Job Stability Paid Time Off Dental, Vision, and Health Insurance Responsibilities: Market renewal business, determine premiums, and prepare and present proposals to clients Maintain underwriting and marketing information by carrier, and manage the expiration control log to stay ahead of upcoming renewals Process renewal policies for accuracy in rating, typing, coverages, and signatures, and ensure timely delivery to the client Receive phone calls from clients and carriers regarding insurance, claims, or administrative issues, resolving directly or referring to the producer/agency manager when necessary Maintain a suspense system in AMS360 to track outstanding orders, correspondence, reports, and overdue items Process policy cancellations, including Lost Policy Release handling and carrier submission Maintain electronic and/or paper files in AMS360 in an orderly, up-to-date manner Identify and log cross-sell/upsell opportunities during renewal conversations Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulations Qualifications : The company is willing to train the right candidate.
