HVAC Service Technician

We provide service and installation for HVAC mechanical systems and building automation systems, working in commercial offices, light industrial sites, hotels & hospitality, health care, and critical facility operations. HVAC Service Technician | $40.00 to $60.00 per hour Work Hours: Monday to Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm | On-call rotation, once every 10 weeks What You Will Be Doing Performing service/maintenance and repair on commercial and light industrial heating/cooling and ventilation systems Working with boilers, chillers, pumps, AC, rooftop units, split systems, and water‑source heat pumps Communicating clearly about ideas and explanations of problems to customers and coworkers Reporting to TRYG service manager/supervisor Providing outstanding service to our customers Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams and blueprints Being dispatched from home to job sites, with office dispatching all technicians Benefits Medical, Dental and Vision insurance 90% paid for employee and 50% paid for dependents 80 hours of vacation time accrued 6 days / 48 hours of sick time 7 paid holidays + flex days 401(k) with 4% match Bereavement time Aflac insurance options What We Provide Company vehicle + gas card Company uniform $75 phone reimbursement per month Tool replacement program Company‑paid training on equipment Privately owned and operated with a positive and team‑oriented culture Career growth and advancement opportunities What We Are Looking For 5+ years HVAC service experience EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License Low Voltage License – Desired Ability to work from 28' extension ladder and 12' step ladder Operate scissors and Genie lifts safely Familiarity with air‑balancing principles and techniques Capable of lifting and carrying 50 lbs. Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record Certification of completion from an HVAC Technical School – Desired High school diploma or equivalent Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
