Job Description

TOYOTA OF HERNANDO · CAREERS

Automotive Service Technician

It's never one person. It's all of us.

We built this dealership from the ground up, and we are building our team the same way: with people who take pride in doing the work right. Our service department is growing, and our leaders come from within.

What You Will Do

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair Toyota vehicles to factory standards.
• Document your work clearly on every repair order.
• Work alongside advisors and technicians as one team.

What We Offer

• A career, not a job: we promote from within.
• Steady work: in a high-volume, climate-controlled shop.
• Paid Toyota training: to grow your certifications and earnings.

Previous Experience We're Looking For:

• Automotive repair experience.
• Desire to learn and grow within your technical abilities and professional skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
