SPA Concierge

Spa Concierge/Reservationist The Spa Concierge/Reservationist is responsible for the following duties: Answering incoming calls and scheduling appointments Welcoming guests to the Spa and checking them in Touring guests through the Spa and sharing information about our amenities Completing the guest check out transaction once their treatment is complete Qualifications Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification (preferred) Engaging and welcoming personality Strong attention to detail Can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests Excellent communication skills Ability to bend, push/pull, lift/carry up to 30 lbs., occasional lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs Flexible schedule that allows work on weekends and holidays Compensation $20.00 / hr Equal Opportunity Statement Pyramid Global Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer.
