Project Manager

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the project management department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Miami, Florida

What's the Job?

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and calendars with input from transition leads
• Facilitate team meetings, documenting minutes and action items to ensure clarity and accountability
• Build and sustain effective communication channels with internal stakeholders across various departments such as Sales, Professional Services, IT Operations, Development, Release Management, and Networking
• Track assigned tasks and prepare comprehensive status reports to keep all parties informed
• Manage project changes and produce updated schedules to reflect current project status

What's Needed?

• Experience working in an Agile environment with a proven track record of managing complex projects
• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Familiarity with project management tools, preferably Asana
• Educational background with a college degree; PMP certification is desirable but not required
