Job Summary:
Emergency Room Registered Nurse in Palm Springs, California. This position involves providing direct clinical care to patients in a busy emergency department setting. The role requires supervising staff, ensuring high-quality and safe nursing practices, and supporting operational workflows within the facility.
Job Details:
- Shift: Nights, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN), valid license to practice in California, and 0 years of experience with essential skills in emergency nursing.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a 29-bed emergency department handling a patient ratio of 1:4, knowledge of ER protocols, and proficiency in high-pressure clinical environments.
- Additional Information: The Emergency Department provides care to adult patients; scrubs should be solid color, suitable for ER environment. Employee parking is available at the designated lot. Employees are responsible for clocking in and out. The role involves assessing and planning patient care, supervising staff, and supporting the facilitys clinical operations, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
