We are currently seeking an experienced Roofing Contractor to join our growing team. If you take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and have experience managing residential and/or commercial roofing projects, we'd love to hear from you!
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION
Applicants MUST possess a valid Contractor License.
Applications without an active contractor license will not be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee residential and commercial roofing projects from start to finish.
- Inspect roofs and recommend repair or replacement solutions.
- Coordinate crews, materials, and project timelines.
- Ensure all work meets local building codes and safety regulations.
- Communicate professionally with clients and project managers.
- Perform roof inspections, estimates, and quality control.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
Qualifications:
- Valid Contractor License (REQUIRED)
- 3+ years of roofing experience preferred.
- Knowledge of various roofing systems including shingle, tile, TPO, metal, and flat roofs.
- Ability to read blueprints and project specifications.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable transportation.
- Valid driver's license.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Preferred:
- OSHA Certification
- Experience managing roofing crews
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
