Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist in Cranford, NJ. Provide skilled rehabilitation services to residents in a skilled nursing facility setting, helping patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily living skills. This role supports interdisciplinary care and requires clinical documentation, treatment planning, and communication with patients, families, and facility staff.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active New Jersey State Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification may be required from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility or long-term care settings preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records and skilled documentation preferred.
• Experience treating geriatric diagnoses, cognitive impairments, and ADL retraining preferred.
