Machine Operator

Lingo Staffing is now hiring Machine Operators in the Warrendale, PA area to start ASAP! Machine Operators - Responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring production machinery to ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards. Ideal candidates will have previous machine operating or manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Pay rate & Scheduled: $17.00 - $22.00 Hourly 1st, 2nd and 3rd Shift available. Must be able to work rotating shifts Job Responsibilities & Requirements: Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery and equipment Must have 2 plus year of machine operating, manufacturing, or production experience preferred Comfortable working around industrial machinery and equipment Load raw materials and remove finished products from machines Perform basic machine adjustments and changeovers as needed Monitor equipment during production to ensure proper operation Inspect finished products for quality, defects, and accuracy Follow production orders, work instructions, and safety procedures Complete required production and quality documentation Identify machine or product issues and report them to the supervisor Perform basic troubleshooting when equipment issues occur Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Meet daily production and quality expectations Assist with additional production duties as needed Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to perform basic math and measurements Must be dependable and have good attendance Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed Willingness to work overtime when required What We're Looking For: We're looking for someone who is reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
