Project Manager - Clinical Applications: III

Description:
Manages the entire project lifecycle from project definition through implementation, specifically in the revenue cycle applications space. Accountable for meeting agreed upon scope, cost, schedule and quality measures. Develops project plan and drives project milestones. Establishes effective communication plan with project team and key stakeholders. Provides day-to-day direction to project resources. Ensures effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project. Responsible for preparation of documentation, status reports and budgets.
Seeking a strong Epic Revenue Cycle integration background, ideally someone who has supported facility integration and understands the full revenue cycle from front end to back end.

A few key areas of experience were looking for include:
Epic Revenue Cycle integration experience
Patient backload experience
Charge testing and validation
Strong understanding of full Revenue Cycle workflows, from front-end through back-end
Experience with both ambulatory and acute workflows
Ability to help coordinate discovery, build, testing, and go-live preparation
Comfortable working across the different teams and helping keep the Revenue Cycle workstreams moving
Years Experience: 5-10. Experience: Relies on extensive experience to plan and accomplish tasks.

Leads and directs the work of others.

Advanced Degree or Certifications:
Bachelors Degree
