Job Requirements & Qualifications Previous Charge Experience - Years of Experience: 2 Patient Ratio Experience - Charting System Experience - Charting System Name: Community Hospital Experience - LTAC Experience - Trauma Level I Experience - Trauma Level II Experience - Travel Experience Required - Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS Skills: Accessing/Managing Ports, Arterial line management, Blood Product Administration, Care of Ventilated Patient, Central line care/management, Central Venous Pressure Monitoring (CVP), Chronic/Acute Renal failure, Continuous IV paralytics/Neuromuscular blockade, Continuous IV sedation, Emergency Medications, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Impella*, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP)*, Isolation Precautions/PPE, IV insulin protocols, Management of dysrhythmias, Management of patient with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure, Medical Intensive Care Unit, Obtain 12 lead EKG/ECG, PICC line management, Pre/Post Cardiac Cath/intervention, Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring, Starting and maintaining IVs, Suctioning (ETT, NT), Titrate Cardiac drips, Titrate Vasoactive drips

Facility & Patient Care Details Patient Age Groups: Adults Daily Census - Number of Visits Per Day - Number of Rooms - Number of Beds - Additional Unit Information Interdisciplinary Support - Patient Diagnoses - Special Procedures/Unit Details - Special Equipment - #Tier2 Travel Compliance RTO - we can auto approve up to 7 days for auto offers If traveler has any vacation plans during the period between sign date and start date, this must be communicated to the AM at the time of submission to ensure a realistic start date may be requested. 2 years required for submission (within specialty submitting to) We will still sub 1.5 Yrs if Level I or travel exp CT License takes 15-21 business days to issue. Candidate must apply prior to submittal and start date should allot for the license to issue.
