Organic Social Content Manager

We're partnering with an innovative food brand seeking an Organic Social Content Manager to lead organic social strategy, content creation, community engagement, and influencer support across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, X, and emerging platforms.This role is ideal for a strategic and hands-on social marketer who can develop content calendars, create engaging short-form video, grow online communities, and support brand awareness and ecommerce growth.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and execute organic social strategy across all major platforms.Manage content calendars aligned with promotions, launches, and business goals.Create and publish social content, including short-form video, graphics, Stories, captions, and repurposed content.Monitor social channels, engage with customers, and foster community growth.Support influencer identification, outreach, and creator partnerships.Leverage customer reviews, UGC, testimonials, and brand mentions to build credibility and engagement.Write blogs, website copy, recipes, and other content marketing assets.Collaborate cross-functionally to support ecommerce, marketing, sales, and partnership initiatives.Utilize AI tools to improve content development and workflow efficiency.
