AI Operations Analyst

Schedule: Starts remote, eventually three days onsite Travel: Minimal as needed A growing enterprise organization is seeking an AI Operations Analyst to help drive the practical adoption of Artificial Intelligence across the business. This is a highly visible, hands-on role for someone who enjoys identifying inefficiencies, building innovative solutions, and helping teams embrace new technologies that create measurable business value. The ideal candidate combines business process improvement expertise with hands-on experience leveraging AI, automation, APIs, and workflow tools to solve real-world operational challenges. This role offers the opportunity to shape how AI is implemented, supported, and scaled across a growing organization while working directly with stakeholders throughout the business. Responsibilities: Partner with business teams to identify manual, repetitive, or inefficient processes and evaluate opportunities for improvement Assess whether AI, automation, integrations, process redesign, or custom applications are the best solution for a given business challenge Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain AI-powered solutions, workflow automations, agents, and integrations Serve as the primary intake point for new AI initiatives and help prioritize projects based on business value and feasibility Establish success metrics including adoption, time savings, efficiency gains, and error reduction Continuously improve, expand, or retire solutions based on measurable outcomes Deliver AI training, onboarding, workshops, and enablement activities to help employees effectively use approved tools Support employees in developing their own automations and AI-driven workflows Administer and support day-to-day AI platform operations Manage user access, licensing, onboarding, and offboarding processes Monitor license utilization and identify opportunities for optimization Maintain AI process documentation, FAQs, procedures, and usage reporting Ensure compliance with AI governance, security, and data privacy standards Partner with technical and business stakeholders to drive adoption and maximize business impact Qualifications: Proven experience implementing AI solutions that have been deployed and used within an organization Experience in operations, process improvement, automation, IT, business systems, or related disciplines Strong understanding of business processes and operational workflows Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies and AI-powered productivity tools Experience gathering requirements and collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong organizational, documentation, and project follow-through skills Ability to evaluate AI solutions from both business and technical perspectives Excellent communication and user enablement skills Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives simultaneously Passion for continuous learning and emerging technologies Preferred Qualifications: Experience serving as an organization's AI champion, automation lead, or digital transformation resource Hands-on experience with AI agents, workflow automation platforms, and business system integrations Knowledge of Python, TypeScript, APIs, and low-code/no-code development platforms Experience with Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, OpenAI technologies, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI tools Familiarity with Power Automate, Zapier, Workato, UiPath, or related automation platforms Experience with process mapping, change management, and technology adoption initiatives Data analysis experience using Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar tools Manufacturing, field operations, or other non-desk workforce experience AI, automation, project management, or process improvement certifications What We're Looking For: A builder who prefers creating solutions over discussing them endlessly Someone who naturally looks for ways to improve how work gets done A professional who can translate business needs into practical AI and automation solutions An individual who balances innovation with operational discipline and governance A technology enthusiast who enjoys helping others adopt and benefit from emerging tools If you're excited about leveraging AI to solve real business problems, improve operational efficiency, and help shape enterprise-wide AI adoption, we'd love to connect. #J-18808-Ljbffr Tenth Revolution Group
