Cardiologist - Partnership Track Available

The Cardiologist will provide comprehensive cardiovascular care in a strictly outpatient setting, including:

• Consultation, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up
• Performing and interpreting echocardiography and vascular studies
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic testing
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Educating patients on preventive care, lifestyle, diet, and exercise
• Maintaining accurate and timely EMR documentation

Positions are structured as partner roles with K-1 compensation (not W-2 and not independent contractor). Compensation is based on a partnership model, approximately 30% of gross revenue generated by the physician, with additional upside tied to overall practice performance. • MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology, Endocrinology, Neurology, Gastroenterology, or Primary Care
• Eligible for New York State medical licensure
• Interest in long-term growth and partnership
