About the Role

We are looking for a caring, dependable, and passionate Childcare Teacher to join our team at The Learning Experience .

Our teachers play an important role in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, play, grow, and thrive . Depending on experience and the needs of our center, teachers may support different classrooms and age groups throughout our early childhood program.

What You’ll Do

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children.
• Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development.
• Implement developmentally appropriate learning activities and experiences.
• Use play-based learning to encourage curiosity, creativity, and independence.
• Build positive relationships with children and their families.
• Support daily classroom routines, transitions, meals, rest periods, and activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.
• Observe and communicate children's progress and developmental milestones.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, leadership, and center staff.
• Follow all health, safety, and state licensing requirements.
• Support the classroom and center wherever needed to ensure a positive experience for children and families.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with children in a childcare, preschool, daycare, education, or related setting preferred .
• Early Childhood Education coursework or degree preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable, patient, flexible, and positive.
• Genuine passion for working with young children.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced early childhood environment.
• Must meet applicable state licensing requirements.
