Salary: USD17 - USD17 per hour Customer Service Representative Pay: $17.00 per hour Location: St. George, UT Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM-5:00 PM About the Role We're seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our growing healthcare team. In this role, you'll assist customers, schedule health screenings, answer questions, and provide excellent service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to schedule health screenings Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns Maintain and update customer records Deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction Work closely with team members to support daily operations Follow company policies and compliance requirements Handle a high volume of calls professionally and efficiently Qualifications Previous customer service, call center, scheduling, or healthcare experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone throughout the day Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented with a positive attitude Healthcare experience is a plus but not required Why Join Us?
