Operating from our 500,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Williamsburg, Virginia, we aim to double in size each year for the next three years.Reporting to the Service Manager, the Circuit Breaker Test Technician is responsible for the testing, inspection, troubleshooting and documentation of low-voltage and medium-voltage circuit breakers used in critical power and data center applications.Scope of Accountability:Electrical testing of low-voltage and medium-voltage circuit breakersPrimary and secondary injection testingDLRO (Digital Low Resistance Ohmmeter) and insulation resistance testingTroubleshooting and fault identificationTest documentation and reportingNFPA 70E complianceElectrical Testing & Inspection:Perform LV and MV breaker testingPrimary injection testingSecondary injection testingContact resistance (DLRO) testingInsulation resistance testingTrip-time and coil testingTroubleshooting & Documentation:Identify and document deficienciesReview results against acceptance criteriaMaintain complete test recordsSafety & Compliance:Follow NFPA 70E practicesUse PPEFollow LOTO procedures
