GRC Manager

This role oversees the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) functions within a critical industry, focusing on developing and implementing strategies, policies, and standards. The GRC Manager will lead a team in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal audit policies, engaging with cross-functional teams to implement compliance programs. The position is based in Houston, TX, providing an opportunity for career growth in a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement GRC strategies, policies, and standards to align with organizational objectives and regulatory standards.
• Lead a team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal audit policies through regular audits and risk assessments.
• Create frameworks and guidelines to manage risks to an acceptable level in IT/OT environments.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to implement compliance programs effectively.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar GRC functional leader role.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Relevant certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CGEIT, AAIA, and CISSP.
• Working knowledge of GRC Platforms (Workiva, Archer, etc.) and proficiency in GRC tracking using Microsoft Excel.
• Expert understanding of IT/OT cybersecurity regulations and/or risk management frameworks, including IEC 62443, NIST CSF 2.0, NIST 800-53, and others.
