General Manager in Training

At Chick-fil-A MacCorkle Ave, we're looking for a General Manager in Training to lead key areas of our high-volume restaurant, with a focus on team leadership, service quality, and operational execution. This role is a great fit for someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys problem-solving, and brings out the best in their team. Starting Pay: $25+/hr (Full-Time, Open Availability, based on experience) Expected Annual Compensation: Starting at $60,000+ Note: Overtime is not guaranteed, though leaders in this role typically work 45–50 hours per week, alongside an excellent benefits package.
