Desktop Support Engineer

Job TitleOnsite End User SupportProvisioning of onboarding new users with all required access and configured hardwareSupport remote users with their request and incident and configure and ship the hardware assetsPerform remote troubleshooting for users working remotelyInstall and configure end points assets for provisioningSupport printer issues across the campusProviding desk side assistance based on user requestProviding white glove support for executivesManage the hardware repairs and inventory managementManage data cleanup before disposal of assetsCo-ordinate with disposal company for assets disposalsProvide smart hand support for Network and server devicesShould be able to travel (Drive down) to remote locations when necessaryProvide support for conferencing solutions and eventsCo-ordination with multiple stake holders / Third party Vendors for break-fixFlexibility to work in shifts for 24x7 supportMust be able to lead the critical outage callsCreate the Standard Operating Procedure and update theInstall, test, and certify operating system service packs, hot fixes, patches and/or upgrades
