Key Qualifications:

• Valid Florida SLP license is required
• Previous experience in school-based Speech-Language Pathology services preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with elementary-age children
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet the varied needs of students
• Reliable commute to assigned elementary campus (candidate zip code needed for assignment consideration)
• Willingness to participate in prescreen interviews
• Commitment to fulfilling on-site responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based intervention for speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary students
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with students’ IEPs and educational goals
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure a holistic approach to student support
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation for progress monitoring and compliance
• Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and student support initiatives
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment focused on student success
