Laundry Attendant Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Laundry Attendant . In this role, you willbe responsible for sorting, washing, folding and distributing all linens, towels, napkins and tablecloths. As part of our leadership team,you'll embody our Promise to Lead with Love -guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. $14/hr Key Responsibilities Understand operation of washing machines, dryers, presses, folding machines, etc. Wash and dry all linens, towels, rags, inventory needed for resort Sort all hotel linen according to type, color, size, etc Operate iron as per standard and ensure that it is shut off at the end of the shift. Maintain clean work area. Sweep and mop laundry floors, storing all linens off the floor and in designated areas on a daily basis Clean dryer filter daily and maintain all equipment as trained WhatWe'reLooking For General laundry or housekeeping knowledge involving at least 1 year preferred Hotel/Resort experience preferred A leadership stylerootedin collaboration, respect, and service to others.
