Job Full Description

Now Hiring: Warehouse & Sales Floor Associate (Temp-to-Perm Opportunity) We're looking for a reliable, energetic individual that blends customer service, sales, and warehouse support.

Schedule: Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Off Tuesdays and Sundays). Saturday availability is required.

Compensation: Starting at $15/hour. If transitioned to a permanent role, pay may increase to $16-$17/hour.

Responsibilities Include:

Assisting customers at the register and over the phone
Managing pricing, inventory, and email communications
Supporting sales and follow-ups on repairs
Performing warehouse tasks including cleaning, loading/unloading trucks, and moving large appliances
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle large home appliances
Comfortable working in hot/cold warehouse conditions and standing for extended periods
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn multiple aspects of the business
