Production Supervisor

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Supervisor located in Dallas, TX. The Production Supervisor will oversee production operations, manage daily production schedules, and ensure adherence to production goals and quality standards. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating production activities, supervising production staff, maintaining workplace safety, and ensuring efficiency in workflows. The role involves monitoring equipment, troubleshooting production issues, and collaborating with other departments to optimize processes.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead and manage diverse teams effectively
- Proficiency in creating and managing Production Schedules and overseeing Production Planning
- Demonstrated skills in Production Management and operational oversight
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with team members and cross-functional departments
- Ability to ensure workplace safety, streamline processes, and drive operational efficiency
- Proven track record of meeting production goals within a manufacturing or production environment
- Experience in food and beverage manufacturing or a similar industry is a plus
Bilingual Spanish /English
