This role supports daily warehouse operations by receiving and transferring products into finished goods, preparing orders for shipment, and ensuring accurate and timely packaging and shipping. You will handle inventory, operate basic warehouse equipment, and work with common shipping carriers to maintain an efficient and organized workflow.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming products and accurately transfer them into finished goods inventory.
• Package products securely and prepare them for shipment according to established procedures.
• Process outbound shipments using UPS and FedEx systems and tools.
• Pick and pack orders accurately based on pick lists or work orders.
• Handle materials throughout the warehouse, including staging, organizing, and moving goods as needed.
• Use a pallet jack to move pallets safely within the warehouse.
• Palletize, shrink wrap, and strap goods to ensure safe and stable transport.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area in compliance with warehouse standards.
• Follow written and verbal instructions in English to complete daily tasks.
• Assist with general shipping and receiving activities as assigned.

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs on a regular basis.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English to follow instructions and complete documentation.
• Experience with inventory, shipping and receiving, picking, and packing tasks.
• Basic material handling skills, including safe movement and organization of goods.
• Ability to operate a pallet jack and handle pallets safely.
• Familiarity with using UPS and FedEx for shipping processes.

• Previous shipping experience is preferred.
• Experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is an advantage.
• Comfort working with shipping and receiving systems and basic warehouse tools.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling orders and inventory.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

You will join a hands-on operational environment where your contributions directly support efficient product movement and customer satisfaction. Work Environment

This position is based in a warehouse environment that involves regular material handling and physical activity, including lifting up to 40 lbs and operating a pallet jack. You will work around pallets, shrink wrap, and strapping equipment while preparing goods for shipment through UPS and FedEx. The role typically follows standard warehouse hours, with tasks centered on inventory handling, picking, packing, and shipping in a fast-paced but structured setting. Appropriate work attire suitable for a warehouse and material handling environment is expected.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Morgan Hill, CA.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Morgan Hill,CA.
