Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with Epic experience for a night shift position. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions and treatment options.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records and reports.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Epic experience is required.
• Current certifications as necessary for the role.
• Health immunizations as per facility requirements (MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza, TB Test, Varicella, etc.).
