What You’ll Do
As General Manager, you’ll take full ownership of your restaurant, including:
Leading daily operations and driving performance
Building, coaching, and developing a high-performing team
Delivering an exceptional guest experience every time
Managing inventory, food & labor costs, and profitability
Recruiting and developing future leaders
Maintaining top-tier food quality, cleanliness, and standards
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of restaurant management experience
Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
High energy, accountability, and a hands-on mindset
21+ years old
High school diploma or equivalent
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Food Manager Certification (or willingness to obtain)
