Print Production TechnicianBecome a Print Production Technician with the Bureau of Administrative Services and help keep essential print operations running smoothly. The work ensures that printed materials are completed accurately, efficiently, and ready for distribution. As a Print Production Technician, you will perform the following duties:Digital Print Operations: Operate Xerox high speed printers and use Q-Direct software to manage digital print workflowsFile Review: Examine printing files to identify issues when processes failSoftware Use: Create PDFs with Dock Bridge software and manage items in IQ Work ManagerQuick Copy Tasks: Operate bindery machines and prepare materials for customer pick upCustomer Service: Assist customers at the pick up window and answer questionsPackaging Work: Package and box completed work orders for shipmentInterested in learning more? Check your email, including spam/junk folders, for these notices.Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:One year as a Print Production Operator (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); orOne year of experience in the operation of print or mail insertion equipment or similar machinery used in a print or mail production facility; orAn equivalent combination of experience and training.Other Requirements:You must meet the PA residency requirement.
