Capture Manager

My client is seeking a capture manager to join their team in the DC area. They will be mostly remote, but must be local to the DC area to come work out of the Arlington area as needed for key pursuits. Their day to day responsibilities will include conducting competitor analysis when looking at new bids, coordinate internal communication and stakeholder contact, and support the overall pursuit and capture of federal civilian and DoD owner representative opportunities across the US

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years work experience in business development/capture
- minimum 3+ years experience pursuing US federal programs


Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- business development exp. within construction/owners representative services
