Project Manager

Our Client is a south Florida based Commercial Restoration and Repair company specializing in High-Rise Facade Repair & Recertification. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in Project Manager roles in the Commercial R&R sector. The PM be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. Responsibilities Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Reading and interpreting architectural plans and drawings. Required Assessing and prescribing building envelope concrete repair means and methods. Required. Extensive knowledge of restoration products and materials, their application, and the sequencing of the work. Required. Minimum five years of experience in multi-story building envelope restoration and repair. Experience in adjacent or closely related trades is not a substitute and will not be considered in place of it. Working knowledge of CSI MasterFormat and of ICRI, ACI, ASTM, and SSPC standards as they apply to restoration work.
