IT Specialist

Salary: $50,000 - 50,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for 1–3 years of IT support or help desk experience.
• We want experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Azure/Entra ID.
• We need strong Windows desktop troubleshooting skills.
• We value familiarity with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and core networking concepts.
• We are looking for experience using help desk or ticketing systems.
• We expect excellent customer service and clear communication skills.
• We need strong organizational abilities and close attention to detail.
• We want someone who can juggle multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred: experience with Microsoft Intune or other endpoint management platforms.
• Preferred: PowerShell scripting experience.
• Preferred: knowledge of security best practices and endpoint protection.
• Preferred: experience supporting VoIP phone systems.
• Preferred: experience with security camera systems.

• We will rely on you to provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, printers, and connectivity problems.
• You will configure and deploy laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and user accounts.
• You will support Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, password resets, and multi-factor authentication.
• You will manage IT assets, inventory, and the full equipment lifecycle.
• You will troubleshoot VoIP phone systems and basic networking issues.
• You will assist with routers, switches, firewalls, and security camera systems.
• You will record support requests and resolutions in our help desk system.
• You will work closely with other IT team members to resolve more complex technical issues.
• You will help maintain documentation, standard operating procedures, and IT security best practices.
