• Train, mentor and develop team members to help them reach their full potential
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing clients
• Generate new business through referrals, networking and prospecting
• Deliver on-site presentations to employers, showcasing the value of Aflac’s solutions
• Educate employees on available benefits and support their enrollment needs
• Provide ongoing enrollment, claims and service support to help deliver an exceptional client experience
• Lead and participate in team meetings, training and professional development
• Help drive team performance and business growth within your market

• Health and/or life insurance license required
• Proven experience in sales or the insurance industry
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial and results driven
• A strong mentor and collaborative leader who enjoys helping others succeed
• Ability to build relationships and communicate confidently with clients, team members and business leaders
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass a criminal background check
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without need of visa sponsorship
