Supervise certified occupational therapy assistants and support staff to ensure safe, compliant and high-quality patient care. What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or higher. Valid Occupational Therapy (OT) license from the Texas Board of Occupational Therapy Examiners, or eligibility to obtain within 180 days of hire. Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross, or eligibility to obtain within 30 days of hire.
