In the role of C4 Operator you'll play a pivotal part on our C4 team. Safran Cabin Materials located in Marysville, WA is recruiting for a: C4 Operator - 1st Shift 4:00am to 12:30pm Monday through Friday. $20.00/hr The job is responsible for manufacturing core sheets in the C4 process and supporting the Panels Department. Job duties include but are not limited to: Shearing and stretching of hobes. Loading sheets into the machine. Monitoring the production process. Other duties as assigned and flexibility is key. The duties of this job are physically demanding. Forklift and overhead crane operation (training provided). Basic housekeeping duties and basic machine maintenance. Active participation in operational improvement activities. Willing to cross train or transfer to other departments as needed. Other task as needed and flexibility is key. Willingness to work OT is required. This will include weekends.

Prior manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to read, write and communicate in English is required. Have legible handwriting/printing and good basic math skills. Highly motivated and be able to work independently or as a team member to complete tasks in a timely manner. Able to push/pull/lift 80+ pounds (two person lift is available).
