About the Position
TransForce is seeking a CDL A Flatbed Driver to support local delivery operations for our client in Cincinnati, Ohio. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, home-daily routes, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.
Pay & Schedule
- Pay: $27 per hour
- Schedule: Day shift with start times between 4:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Home time: Home daily
- Employment type: Temp-to-perm
- Start date: August 24, 2026
Job Details
- Route type: Local delivery

- Equipment: Flatbed equipment with automatic transmission
- Handling: Strapping only; no tarping required
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate CDL A flatbed equipment on local routes.
- Transport steel in accordance with DOT and applicable safety standards.
- Secure loads using straps and perform required handling tasks.
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections.
- Maintain accurate logs and required paperwork.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations personnel.
- Meet the physical demands of the position.
Minimum Requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License.
- 4 years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
