This is a full-time, consistent caseload position with strong clinical support and real room to grow. Bilingual in Spanish and English? You'll be paid more. We serve a significant number of Spanish-speaking families in this area, and fluency is genuinely valued — not just noted. The Role You’ll provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients’ homes, working from an individualized treatment plan developed and supervised by a BCBA. Your days are structured, your caseload is consistent, and your supervising BCBA is assigned from day one and reachable same‑day.
