Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement scalable CRM solutions from high‑level design through system testing. Work on complex user stories, enhancements, and change requests within Agile sprint cycles. Perform technical analysis, solution design, and effort estimation for system enhancements. Troubleshoot and resolve system defects and production issues with minimal disruption to business operations. Develop and maintain clean, secure, and scalable code aligned with best practices. Integrate CRM systems with external platforms using APIs and web services (SOAP/REST). Collaborate with stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a CRM Developer (Salesforce preferred). Strong hands‑on experience with Salesforce technologies (Apex, Lightning Components, LWC) and experience in Agentforce is a plus. Experience in system integration, API development, and automation. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and CI/CD processes. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
