Customer Service Representative

Banko Overhead Doors, LLC, a family-owned leader in residential and commercial garage doors across West Central Florida, is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Tampa. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls, emails, and online requests, scheduling service and installation visits, and providing product and service information. You’ll support our technicians, maintain accurate records, resolve basic issues, and uphold our values of integrity, safety, and craftsmanship while growing your skills in a stable, team-focused environment.
