Job Description

• Lead and develop a team of 3–5 mechanical engineers responsible for the design and development of new and existing products from concept through production
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Quality, Distribution, and overseas manufacturing partners to ensure on-time product delivery
• Drive initiatives to meet cost objectives and exceed quality expectations across all product lines
• Build and continuously xhyhwjd improve engineering processes while maintaining project timelines

Key Requirements

• BS degree in a relevant engineering discipline (preferred)
• Hands-on experience in product design, prototyping, and product launch within consumer products
