Desired Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist License is required
• Prior experience in school-based or pediatric SLP settings strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of speech, language, and communication disorders commonly seen in preschool-aged children
• Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated approach to supporting each student’s growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments for preschool students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
• Deliver direct therapy services onsite, adjusting techniques to meet each child's developmental needs
• Monitor, document, and communicate student progress to families and educational teams
