¿Tienes experiencia REAL en gestión de emergencias, brigadas, análisis de incidentes y coordinación con organismos de socorro? Este cargo es para ti. En Colgas buscamos un profesional con experticia comprobada en preparación y respuesta a emergencias en entornos industriales de riesgo. Necesitamos alguien que domine la operación, la documentación y la articulación con entidades externas. Funciones principales Administrar y actualizar planes de emergencia, continuidad y gestión del riesgo. Aplicar y asegurar cumplimiento de normativa en planes de emergencia, gestión del riesgo y desastres. Planificar y ejecutar simulacros y ejercicios de respuesta. Ejecutar procedimientos operativos normalizados (PON) en escenarios de emergencia. Gestionar con Bomberos y organismos de socorro la certificación de instalaciones. Liderar la planificación, conformación y entrenamiento de brigadas. Realizar investigación técnica de incidentes y emergencias (causas, consecuencias, acciones correctivas). Socializar e implementar protocolos, instructivos y planes específicos (FiperPlan u otros). Acompañar inspecciones y verificaciones de cumplimiento normativo. Requisitos obligatorios Tecnólogo o profesional en ingenierías, áreas administrativas o SST. 2 años de experiencia como analista o supervisor de emergencias en empresas de riesgo 4 o 5. Conocimiento en gestión del riesgo, brigadas, análisis de incidentes, normatividad y respuesta operativa. Disponibilidad para viajar a nivel nacional a las diferentes plantas de Colgas. (viáticos pagos al 100%) Lo que ofrecemos Salario: $2’914.000 + auxilio de transporte. Contrato indefinido. Horario: L–V 7:30 a 4:30 / Sáb medio día. Casino. Ruta de acercamiento.
