Location: Charlotte, NC-Hybrid

Salary Range: $65-$70/hr on w2

Introduction

In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution. You will review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors. You will contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Additionally, you will strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
• LoanIQ and syndication experience
• Attention to detail and communication skills
• Commercial loan experience
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in Commercial Loan Closing
• Experience with resolving moderately complex issues
• Ability to collaborate effectively with client personnel

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Commercial Loan Closing.
• Contribute to large-scale planning related to Commercial Loan Closing deliverables.
• Review and analyze moderately complex Commercial Loan Closing challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Commercial Loan Closing deliverables while leveraging a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with client personnel in Commercial Loan Closing.
