We are looking for a passionate Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team and promote a holistic approach to personal health. We have an immediate need, meaning you will not have to build a book of business from scratch—you will be assigned clients right away!

This is a fully in-person role, and you must have reliable transportation to commute to our location. If you are skilled in various modalities (such as deep tissue, Swedish, reflexology, shiatsu, or lymphatic drainage) and know how to make clients feel comfortable so they return for ongoing treatment, we want to hear from you.

What You Will Do

• Provide Expert Care: Deliver a variety of high-quality, therapeutic massage services tailored to each client's specific needs to reduce pain and stress.
• Create Treatment Plans: Consult with clients to assess their physical conditions and develop customized holistic treatment plans.
• Client Retention: Ensure maximum client comfort and satisfaction to encourage rebooking and long-term wellness partnerships.
• Administration: Accurately maintain client records while strictly adhering to privacy and confidentiality standards.

What We Are Looking For

• Active Licensure (Required): Must hold a current, valid state license to practice massage therapy.
• Certification: Massage therapist certification through the NCBTMB or a state-approved entity following the completion of a post-secondary training program.
• Reliable Commute: Must have the ability to consistently commute to and work on-site at our Outer Banks clinic.
• Physical Stamina: Excellent manual dexterity and the physical ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Bonus Skills: A background in complementary holistic healing practices, such as meditation or aromatherapy, is a strong plus.
