Position Summary

As a Licensed Therapist at Golden Age Foundation, you’ll play a vital role in our mission to empower individuals and families. You’ll provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy while working collaboratively within our ecosystem of care. Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy to clients, tailored to their unique needs.
• Develop and implement treatment plans that align with our whole-person, ecosystem-based approach.
• Collaborate with other team members and community partners to ensure clients receive comprehensive support.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Stay informed on best practices and emerging trends in mental health care to continuously improve service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Active licensure as a therapist (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent).
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in providing therapy services.
• Strong understanding of mental health principles and evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Commitment to a whole-person, community-centered approach to care.
