What You'll Do
- Support daily production with technicians
- Perform machine checks and basic troubleshooting
- Prepare, package, and stage products
- Assist with machine setup and operation
- Follow safety, PPE, and hazmat procedures
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ months in production or manufacturing (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
- Comfortable lifting up to 55 lbs
Bonus Skills
- Experience with composites, mixing, or assembly
- Familiarity with GMP or production environments
Shifts Available
- Swing: 2:00 PM 10:30 PM
- Night: 10:00 PM 6:30 AM
- (Day shift training provided)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fairfield, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.15/hr.
