System Design Specialist
Pay: 100k+/year (Uncapped earning)

What We’re Looking For:
We’re searching for passionately driven individuals who are eager to excel and ready to grow with us.

• Experience in residential real estate, home inspection, or home improvement is a plus (not required)
• Construction background is a bonus
• Comfortable entering crawlspaces beneath homes
• Demonstrates a growth mindset — open to coaching, feedback, and role play
• Strong listening, closing, and follow-up skills
• Physically able to walk, climb, kneel, and crawl as needed
• Willingness to travel as we expand into the Wyoming market
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM and mobile tools in the field
• Self-motivated and disciplined — able to manage time, follow up on opportunities, and generate additional business when needed
