As a Direct Support Professional at DEBO, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality support and care to our participants. You will assist with daily activities, encourage independence, and help our participants achieve their personal goals. This position is available for both part-time and full-time candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care and support to participants in various settings, including their homes and community.
• Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each participant's needs and goals.
• Encourage and empower participants to engage in community activities and develop social skills.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided and participants' progress.
• Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure a holistic approach to participant care.
• Uphold DEBO's core values by demonstrating initiative, going above and beyond for our participants, and prioritizing their needs.

Qualifications:

• Certifications in healthcare or related fields are a plus.
• Previous experience in a similar role or a passion for working with individuals with disabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate, patient, and committed to making a positive difference in the lives of others.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
